    Briefly put

    Anne was born in Cannes and grew up in the hinterland, in Roquefort les pins. After studying commerce and gaining some professional experience in sales, she decided to fly to the land of Kangaroos for a year to improve her English and live an experience alone, on the other side of the world. Once she returned to her native land, she worked as an international tourist guide before embarking in the real estate sector, an environment that has always interested her.

    My personal tip

    There is a small village nestled on the heights of Grasse, it is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France and reminds me a lot of my childhood. Perched at an altitude of 760m, Gourdon dominates the valley of the wolf and offers a breathtaking view; when the weather is good and clear you can admire up to 80km of coastline. The village is also ideal for a gourmet break or to bring back a small souvenir from the village glassmaker.

    On a more serious note…

    In the sector, do not hesitate to orient yourself towards the hinterland, some less known villages are very charming and pleasant to live in and the price per m² is often much lower. A villa of a certain standard can vary from simple to double just a few kilometres apart. It is therefore sometimes interesting to extend the scope of your research.
