Founded in 2002, AAA Riviera has now two very well-located branches: in Cannes on the Palais des Festivals side (12, rue des Belges) and in Antibes Juan les Pins, on the Pinède side (21, av. Dr Dautheville). We also have a representative office in Oslo in order to be closer to our clients in Northern Europe and Norway. The team comprises 4 Franco-Scandinavian partners, all with more than 20 years' experience in Côte d'Azur real estate, 6 independent agents and 1 administrative staff, all of whom speak between 2 and 7 languages.

AAA Riviera's role in the sales process

Beyond complying thoroughly with the laws and rules governing property transactions, AAA Riviera offers a unique service tailored to your needs. We organise the sales preparations which include:

  • The valuation of the property, taking into account official sales statistics for the area, current competition, market trends and the attractiveness and qualities of the property itself
  • A capital gains tax simulation
  • Technical diagnoses (compulsory)
  • Collection of all the documents and information required for the sale
  • Suggestions for any (minor) work that needs to be done to optimise the sale of the property and minimise negotiations on the sale price
  • The marketing of the property (see below)

As soon as your property is put on the market, we:

  • Organise viewings
  • Take an active role in negotiations
  • Draw up preliminary sales agreements (if desired)
  • Assist our clients through to the final deed of sale with the notary
  • Handle all the necessary transfers and administrative tasks on behalf of the new owners. In addition, we handle the closing of all files and contracts for the sellers
